Protection Against Bad Intentions

Disclaimer / Before You Begin

This practice supports energetic release, nervous system regulation, and neurolinguistic reprogramming—but it is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Always seek professional support if your emotional or mental well-being is at risk.

If you’re new to this work, I recommend reading Soul Hygiene 101 first. It explains soul contracts, how energetic release works, and how to safely ground and integrate afterward.

Grounding Practice

Before working with vulnerability, take a few moments to anchor your energy:

  1. Settle into your body: Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your belly. Exhale fully through your mouth. Repeat 2–3 times.

  2. Root and receive: Visualize roots extending from your feet deep into the earth. Feel stability, safety, and strength rising through these roots into your body.

  3. Scan your body: Slowly move your attention from head to toes, noticing tension or discomfort. Awareness of what you are already feeling before reading this affirmation out loud will help you notice any emotions this clearing may bring. As you read the following out loud, allow your body to respond naturally—yawns, shivers, or burps are signs energy is moving and releasing.

Soul Contract Clearing

Spirit, if it’s in my highest good, please revoke all conscious and unconscious consent to prayers, intentions, thoughts, wishes, projections, rituals, manipulations, expectations, or energies that are rooted in control, jealousy, fear, resentment, comparison, obligation, harm, or misalignment with my highest good.

I ask that any prayers made about me, over me, or toward me that do not honor my free will or well-being be dissolved, neutralized, and returned to Source without consequence to me.

I release the evil eye, conscious or unconscious, intentional or unintentional, placed by anyone who does not truly wish me peace, safety, and expansion and return it to sender wrapped in divine justice and clarity.

I now place a protective shield around my body, mind, nervous system, and energy field—one that filters all incoming energy. Only what is loving, clean, supportive, and aligned may enter. Everything else is gently deflected, dissolved, or redirected away from me and back to its rightful owners wrspped in divine justice

I ask that this protection remain active across time, space, dimensions, and relationships—online, in person, spoken, unspoken, known and unknown.

I stand in my sovereignty. I am not available for interference, manipulation, or energetic access without consent.

I seal this shield now.

I anchor it in my body.

I trust it to hold.

Please ripple this protection in all directions and dimensions,

Speed it up to meet me in perfect divine timing, and activate my divine guardians. shielding and inner authority to maintain it with ease.

Bonus Visualizations:

1.) Light Shield Close your eyes and imagine a soft glow turning on inside your chest like someone flipped a light switch. Let it expand outward until it forms a full sphere around your entire body: bright, warm, and impenetrable. See it shimmering, almost humming, and know: Anything that isn’t yours bounces right off. Anything meant for you passes through with ease. Comeback to this visual as needed to reinforce the boundary

2.) Fire Shield: Picture a ring of flames rising around you — not burning you, just burning off anything heavy, draining, or chaotic before it even reaches you.

3.) Waterfall Sheild: See a steady waterfall pouring down over you from above, washing away projections, moods, expectations, and weird energy instantly.

4.) Brick Wall Sheild: Imagine a sturdy brick wall sliding up from the ground and standing between you and any situation that drains your peace.

Integration & Closing

  1. Anchor in your heart: Place a hand on your chest and take three deep breaths, feeling your chest soften.

  2. Reflect: Take a moment to journal about what came up for you.

  3. Reconnect to joy: Do something simple that brings you pleasure and brings you back to the present—stretch, sip water, walk outside, or move your body gently.
