  • Soul Work is all about the movement of energy (emotions) through the body.

    You will likely feel something: a burp, yawn, sudden crying or movement.

    It will feel different for everyone but lean into that sensation when it arises.

    Refer to Exercise 1 & 2 in the mini guide as needed to help you process.

  • Find a way to track the work that you are doing. You would be shocked at how much your life will change when you start taking this seriously.

    Keep a journal.

    Voice memo.

    Something to refer back to how you “used” to be.
