Healing Religious Trauma

Spirit, if it’s in my highest good, please release and dissolve all soul contracts, vows, agreements, oaths, covenants, beliefs, fears, guilt, shame, obedience patterns, self-abandonment, punishment programming, and survival strategies I formed through religion, the church, religious institutions, religious leaders, doctrines, teachings, scriptures, interpretations, sermons, confessions, purity culture, fear-based salvation narratives, spiritual hierarchy, moral superiority, submission, silence, suffering for righteousness, denying my body, denying my intuition, denying my humanity, and being taught that I was broken, sinful, unworthy, or in need of fixing in order to be loved.

Please release all contracts tied to fear of hell, fear of punishment, fear of divine abandonment, fear of questioning authority, fear of trusting myself, fear of my own thoughts, desires, sexuality, anger, grief, joy, power, and autonomy. Release all agreements that taught me to confuse control with love, shame with morality, obedience with safety, suffering with virtue, and silence with holiness wrap them all in divine justice and return them to their rightful owners.

Please dissolve all energetic imprints that taught me to override my nervous system, mistrust my body, suppress my emotions, abandon my inner child, ignore my intuition, outsource my authority, and give my power away to institutions, leaders, or belief systems that benefitted from my fear and compliance.

I now revoke all consent—across time, space, lineage, and dimension—to any system, ideology, or entity that required my disconnection from myself in order to belong.

Please call back all soul fragments, life force, intuition, sovereignty, self-trust, curiosity, joy, discernment, and embodied wisdom that left me in moments of religious fear, shame, coercion, spiritual abuse, or existential terror. Return them to me now, gently cleansed divine love, integrated, regulated, and safe in my body.

I choose a relationship with spirit that is rooted in love, consent, truth, curiosity, compassion, and sovereignty. I release what was never mine to carry.

I keep the wisdom.

I return the fear.

Please ripple this release throughout my nervous system, subconscious, lineage, in every direction and dimension.

Please speed this up so it reaches me in divine timing.

Please activate my divine guardians, boundaries, and shielding and extend them over all that is needed in my highest good.
