A Healing Invocation: Releasing Soul Contracts Tied to Trauma, Self-Harm, and Worth

Spirit, if it is in my highest good, please release all soul contracts, vows, wishes, agreements, promises, oaths, curses, spells, magic, mirages, and energetic bindings I have connected to my health, ancestral trauma, intergenerational trauma, societal expectations, self-hatred, not speaking up for myself, masochism, believing I deserve punishment, punishing myself, hating my body, mistreating my body, ignoring my body’s cues, self-harm, dishonesty with myself, feeling unsafe, feeling unworthy, giving away my power, lying to myself, beating myself up, shrinking myself, allowing others to belittle me, internalized cruelty, accepting less than what I am worth, not advocating for myself, chronic worry, anxiety, dissociation, fear of living, fear of love, fear of being undeserving, fear of being deserving, questioning my worth, devaluing myself, fearing success, fearing failure, fearing my own power, and loving others more than myself, and all others like this that no longer serve my highest good.

Please dissolve these contracts at the root—across all timelines, lifetimes, dimensions, identities, and versions of self—especially those inherited, imposed, internalized, or formed through survival. P

lease release any belief that suffering equals virtue, that punishment equals safety, or that self-abandonment equals love.

Please wrap all released energies, agreements, and attachments in divinity, neutrality, forgiveness, or divine justice as appropriate, and return them to their rightful owners without harm, residue, or karmic entanglement.

Please retrieve, cleanse, and restore all soul fragments, energy, power, vitality, self-trust, worth, safety, embodiment, and truth that became fragmented, suppressed, or frozen within these experiences. Purify them in divine light and return them fully to me now—integrated, regulated, and whole.

Please ripple these healings outward and upward through all layers of my being across all dirctions and dimensions.

Please accelerate this clearing so it reaches me in perfect divine timing.

Please reactivate and strengthen my divine guardians, protection, and shielding, and extend them over my body, mind, nervous system, heart, choices, relationships, and future—allowing only what aligns with my highest good to remain.
