Spirit, if it’s in my highest good, please release all soul contracts, energetic agreements, attachments, expectations, obligations, projections, validations loops, comparison cycles, performance identities, parasocial ties, and subconscious dependencies I have formed with the internet, social media and online spaces, including but not limited to MySpace, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, online communities, comment sections, algorithms, followers, strangers, colleagues, group chats, online personalities, creators I’ve never met, people who only know me through a screen, people I once knew who still have energetic access to me digitally, and any version of myself that learned to seek safety, worth, visibility, belonging, validation, or identity through being perceived online, especially any contracts rooted in loneliness, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, trauma bonding, overexposure, comparison, doom scrolling, or the belief that I must stay connected informed, liked, responsive, or available at all times to be safe or relevant; please retrieve and reintegrate any soul fragments that learned to fragment themselves across timelines, tabs, profiles, personas, usernames, feeds, and platforms in order to survive, be seen, be chosen, or be understood, and return any energy that is not mine to its rightful owners divinely cleansed and neutralized, while calling all of my power, attention, presence, intuition, creativity, and life force back into my body, my nervous system, and my physical life, restoring my capacity to exist fully offline, grounded, sovereign, and whole, without losing myself to the noise.
