Soul Contract Clearing for Releasing Past Identities & Energetic Loops | Multi-Dimensional Healing Practice

Grounding Practice

Take a few moments to anchor your energy:

1. Settle into your body:
   Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your belly. Exhale fully through your mouth. Repeat 2–3 times.

2. Root and receive:
   Visualize roots extending from your feet deep into the earth. Feel stability, safety, and strength rising through these roots into your body.

3. Body scan:
   Slowly move your awareness from head to toe. Notice any tension, heaviness, or emotional charge. Being aware of what you are already feeling helps you recognize shifts during this clearing.

Multi-Dimensional Soul Contract Clearing

Read the following out loud, slowly, allowing your body to respond naturally:

Spirit, if it is in my highest good, please release every soul contract, vow, promise, oath, blood oath, imprint, obligation, attachment, and energetic agreement I created or inherited across lifetimes, timelines, realms, dreams, dimensions, worlds, universes, and parallel realities hat keep me in: cycles I have already outgrown, that bind me to old identities or past versions of myself, outdated roles, or that keep me looping through the same lessons long after the wisdom has been integrated.

I release anything I am holding that is not mine or serving my highest good and return it to owner wrapped in divinity. I retrieve anything that was ever taken, stolen, borrowed, drained, or freely given against my highest good cleansed in pure source energy and reintegrate it with grace and love.

I release everything that keeps me in cycles I have already outgrown, that bind me to old identities or past versions of myself, outdated roles, or that keeps me looping through the same lessons long after the wisdom has been integrated.

Dissolve limitations, constraints, and energetic ties that are no longer aligned with my soul’s highest purpose. Retrieve any lost soul fragments or pieces of my essence that were given away or trapped within these agreements. Cleanse them in divinity and integrate them fully and gently into my body, mind, and spirit, if its in my highest good.

Cleanse all layers of my being—energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual—in divine clarity. Replace these old patterns with opportunities to better know myself and align with my personal beliefs and values.

Close any open doors, cords, tabs, or pathways to my energy. Escort any external influences or presences that do not serve my highest good out of my field.

Let all these shifts ripple across all dimensions, timelines, and realities in my highest good, bringing me into alignment with my purpose, clarity, and freedom.

Please activate my protective boundaries, guardians and ancestors so that my energy remains fully mine.

Reclamation & Integration

1. Reclaim your energy:
   Visualize all energy that was dispersed, drained, or lost returning to you fully. Feel it integrate into your body and aura, filling you with vitality and clarity.

2. Charge your field:
   Picture this reclaimed energy glowing with bright, empowering light, activating every cell and energetic center in your body.

3. Anchor in your heart:
   Place a hand over your chest and take three deep breaths, allowing the energy to settle. Feel yourself fully present, whole, and sovereign.

4. Reflect & journal:
   Note any sensations, emotions, or insights that arose during this practice. How do you feel physically, emotionally, and energetically?

5. Reconnect to your day:
   Open your eyes and do something restorative—stretch, drink water, walk outside, or simply pause in stillness. Carry this renewed, sovereign energy forward.
