Grounding Practice
Sit with your feet on the ground.
Take an easy breath in… and exhale as slowly as you can.
From the top of your head to the bottom of your feet
Feel the natural balance in your body.
Breathe here…

crown to root
and every space in between

lean into yourself
You are not forcing balance.
You are just noticing where it already exists inside you,
Equinox Soul Contract Clearing
Read slowly out loud and with intention:
Spirit, if it is in my highest good, please release every soul contract, promise, belief, fear, agreement, vow, and unconscious pattern that keeps me out of balance with myself, my energy, and the natural cycles of my life and the earth across all lifetimes, dimensions, realms, worlds and realities, known and unknown.
Release all agreements that taught me to overextend, overproduce, over-give, or override my own rhythms in order to feel worthy, safe, in control or to simply fit in.
I dissolve contracts that kept me disconnected from truth, where I ignored what needed to end, avoided what needed to begin, or stayed in cycles long after their season had passed.
I release the belief that growth must be rushed, forced, or proven.
I dissolve all unconscious agreements where I planted seeds rooted in fear, scarcity, comparison, or distraction.
I release the need to harvest before I have planted.
I release the patterns that kept me disconnected from my own timing.
I release the fear of beginning again.
If it is in my highest good, please retrieve every soul fragment lost to imbalance, burnout, avoidance, or misalignment. Cleanse these fragments in divine love and return them to me anchored in clarity, presence, and intentional choice.
I choose balance.
I choose truth.
I choose alignment with the earth and her infinite wisdom
If it’s in my highest good, please ripple this release across all timelines, seasons, and layers of my being where imbalance took root.
Heal the ripple.
Please speed it up so that it reaches me on this divine day of the Equinox.
Please activate my divine guardians, protection, and discernment as I move into this next season with clarity and intention.
Integration: Planting the Seed
Place one hand on your heart, one on your stomach.
Breathe.
Ask yourself quietly:
What am I actually ready to tend to for myself in this season?
Not everything.
Not someday.
Now.
Closing Invocation (Season of Growth & Abundance)
I honor this threshold.
I plant only what I am willing to tend.
I release urgency and choose devotion.
I trust that what is nurtured with presence will grow in its own timing.
I commit to caring for what I begin with patience in the unseen and diligence in where I place my attention.
I allow my life to unfold in alignment with natural cycles of growth, rest, and renewal.
I do not rush the seed.
I do not abandon the process.
I trust that what I nourish will become abundant.
