What is Soul Hygiene 101?
It started as a guidebook of all the things I wish someone taught me sooner about healing and evolved into a growing collection of articles, practices, and resources that you can explore at your own pace to support your healing and self-love journey.
Most people are taught how to survive. But not enough people are taught how to regulate themselves, process emotions safely, create healthy energetic boundaries, or reconnect with themselves after chronic stress, burnout, trauma, or grief. These learning spaces were designed to support you in developing all these fundamental skills and helping you create your own soul-led practice.

Foundations:
Explore deeper healing, self-awareness, and embodiments practices designed to help you break patterns and reconnect with your mind, body and spirit. Learn how to protect, clear, and intentionally work with your energy through energetic hygiene and cleansing practices.
In this tier you will:
• Understand how energy is absorbed, exchanged, and stored in the body
• Learn energetic hygiene practices to prevent emotional overwhelm and depletion
• Explore grounding, clearing, and spiritual protection techniques
• Develop awareness around emotional triggers, energetic attachments, and patterns
• Learn movement, sound, and nervous system-based regulation tools
• Create personalized practices that support emotional balance and energetic resilience
Energy Maintenance:
Exclusive support for clients continuing their healing journey with us after successful completion of the Soul Care Intensive and admittance to the Soul Care Partnership.
The Soul Care Collective is a private membership designed to help you stay supported between sessions. You'll receive personalized resources, guided practices, and ongoing tools that complement the work we're doing together.

Hi there! I created these memberships because I know what it feels like to want support, healing, clarity, and guidance while not being in the financial position to access expensive programs, coaches, or consistent 1:1 work.
I also know that even with the funds in hand, not everyone feels emotionally safe enough to ask for help yet.
That’s exactly why Foundations and Energy Maintenance are intentionally self-guided.
These spaces are designed to let you move at your own pace, revisit the material as needed, and begin building awareness, grounding, and self-trust in private and on your own terms.
My hope is that these memberships help you slow down enough to hear yourself clearly again. To reconnect with your body, your emotions, your energy, and the parts of yourself that may have been neglected while surviving.
