Soul Contract Clearing: Resting Without Guilt

Grounding Practice
Before working with releasing overgiving and reclaiming rest, take a few moments to anchor your energy:
Settle into your body: Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your belly. Exhale fully through your mouth. Repeat 2–3 times.
Root and receive: Visualize roots extending from your feet deep into the earth. Feel stability, safety, and strength rising through these roots into your body.
Scan your body: Slowly move your attention from head to toes, noticing tension or discomfort. Awareness of what you are already feeling before reading this affirmation out loud will help you notice any emotions this clearing may bring. As you read the following out loud, allow your body to respond naturally—yawns, shivers, or burps are signs energy is moving and releasing.
Soul Contract Clearing
Spirit, if it is in my highest good, please release every soul contract, vow, promise, and unconscious agreement that taught me I must earn rest, care, or softness by first running myself into the ground. Dissolve the contracts that equated burnout with worthiness, exhaustion with value, and depletion with love. Release any agreement that told me I am only allowed support when I am completely on empty.
Clear ancestral and generational patterns that normalized overfunctioning, self-sacrifice, and survival as identity. Break the cycle that confuses being needed with being valued. If it is in my highest good, retrieve every soul fragment lost to chronic overgiving, hyper-independence, and pushing past my own limits. Cleanse these fragments in divine love and return them to me regulated, rested, and receptive.
May this release ripple backward through my lineage and forward through my future timelines. May it gently dissolve inherited burnout at the root throughout my bloodline. Speed this healing in accordance with divine timing. Please activate my guardians, my discernment, and my capacity to receive care without guilt.
