Move your attention slowly from head to toe, noticing tension, self-judgment, or contraction around your body, appearance, or sense of worth.

Read aloud slowly, allowing your body to respond naturally:
Spirit, if it is in my highest good, please release every soul contract or belief system I formed or amplified by watching America’s Next Top Model and the beauty standards embodied through super models, Tyra Banks, Miss J Alexander, Jay Manuel, Nigel Barker, Janice Dickinson, Twiggy, André Leon Talley, Paulina Porizkova, Kelly Cutrone, Bryanboy, Rob Evans and every contestant, model and guest that has influenced me or my perception of self and beauty.
I release unconscious agreements that taught me my body was a competition, my hunger was weakness, critique was love, and shrinking was discipline.
I dissolve contracts that tied my worth to measurements, makeovers, eliminations, and approval. I wrap them all in divine justice and return them to their rightful owners.
I callback my energy, power, confidence, and anything else that was taken from me from watching mainstream media. I wrap it all in divine clarity and return it home gently.
If it is in my highest good, retrieve every soul fragment connected to all of this, or those that were lost to mirrors, scales, comparison, calorie counting, and self-surveillance. May these fragments be cleansed in divine love and return to me anchored in neutrality, nourishment, and embodied safety.
I return impossible standards to the systems that created them.
