Healing Patriarchal Trauma | Reclaiming Feminine Power and Self-Trust

Spirit, if it is in my highest good, please release every soul contract I ever made across lifetimes and timelines with ideas rooted in patriarchy, misogyny, martyrdom, self-sacrifice, and silence, every contract that trained me to distrust myself, doubt my wisdom, dim my intuition, play small, or hand my power to men, systems, or institutions that benefited from my shrinking, every contract that made me believe softness was weakness, strength was burden, ambition was unbecoming or that my worth depends on being accommodating, polite, pretty, agreeable, easy, or quiet, every contract that taught me to police other women, compare myself to them, judge them, or turn on them instead of seeing them as mirrors and allies, every contract that disconnected me from my feminine intelligence, my body’s knowing, my boundaries, my voice, my safety, my rage, and my divine right to take up space.

If it is in my highest good, please retrieve every soul fragment I lost to narratives that told me I was wrong, too much, not enough, or somehow defective simply for being a woma, please wrap each fragment in divine love/light/justice and return them to me now.

Please release anything I am holding that is not serving my highest good and return it to its rightful owner wrapped in divinity; and please return to me anything that was ever taken, stolen, borrowed, drained, or freely given against my highest good cleansed in pure source energy.
